1. Provider & About These Terms
These Terms govern the use of the software "Lasso for PPT" (Japanese name: なげなわ forPPT, the "Product") provided by BrainRev (the "Provider", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing and tax, provides all customer service inquiries, and processes returns and refunds.
Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice also apply to your purchase.
3. License (Subscription)
- The Product is offered as a subscription. The price is ¥1,000 per seat, per year.
- Teams & volume licensing: Volume discounts are available for multi-seat (team or company-wide) deployments. A single contract can manage and distribute multiple seats. For quotes or questions, contact [email protected].
- A 7-day free trial is available. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to the subscription (¥1,000 per seat, per year) and renews annually thereafter. You may cancel at any time; after cancellation no further charges are made, and you may continue using the Product until the end of the period already paid for. We send a reminder before each billing date.
- The license grants a non-exclusive right to use the Product on the applicable devices, up to the number of seats purchased.
- The license is activated via online verification (license management by Keygen) and supports offline use for a limited grace period.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each term. If cancelled, it will not renew and the right to use ends upon expiry of the current term.
4. Permitted Use & Prohibitions
Personal and commercial use are permitted. In all cases, the following are prohibited:
- Use beyond the number of seats purchased, or improper sharing/reuse of a single license key
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, modification, or circumvention of license verification
- Resale, redistribution or lending (except where we permit in writing)
- Any use that violates laws or the rights of third parties
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Product, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the amount for that period in full.
- Refunds are processed through Paddle, the Merchant of Record. Paddle's Refund Policy also applies.
- To request a refund, contact [email protected], or use the Paddle support contact in your purchase confirmation email.
- You may cancel the subscription at any time; after cancellation, no further charges are made.
6. Requirements & Support
Supported environment: Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) / desktop Microsoft PowerPoint (64-bit) / .NET Framework 4.8 or later. A Mac version is currently in development.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Product is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Product is fit for a particular purpose, or that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Operation may be affected by changes to Microsoft PowerPoint. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Product.
8. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. We may revise these Terms in response to changes in law or improvements to the Product. We will announce material changes on this page.
