Introduction
BrainRev (the "Provider", "we", "us") operates the software "Lasso for PPT" (the "Product") under a data-minimization policy, keeping the information we handle to the minimum necessary. Wherever possible, we do not hold personally identifying information directly, but entrust it to our payment and license providers.

Information Handled & Who Handles It

We do not store hardware IDs, host names or IP addresses in raw form (where obtained, they are hashed, or discarded immediately / retained only briefly).
Purposes of Use
- Activating licenses, managing seats, and preventing misuse
- Processing purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds (via Paddle)
- Support, and notifications of important news and updates
Proper license management is based on our legitimate interest (preventing misuse) and the performance of the contract.

International Transfers & Your Rights
The Product is available to customers outside Japan (including the EU and the US). Under applicable laws (such as GDPR and CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data relating to you.

Retention, Changes & Contact
